We acquire hotels nationwide with a focus on growing markets. We look for strong brands and value-add opportunities at discounts to replacement cost. Our portfolio ranges from urban full-service, to infill select-service, to large key count economy hotels.
We understand the value-creation of well-branded hotel development in irreplaceable locations. We will partner with experienced developers to maximize the risk-reward equation. Current projects include a large Hilton dual-branded hotel and a Marriott lifestyle hotel in Austin, along with others in the pipeline.
We have decades of experience structuring and capitalizing complicated real estate investments. We are able to provide mezzanine and preferred equity capital in amounts ranging from $3 to $20 million in a seamless fashion with senior lenders of all types, including banks, debt funds, CMBS and mortgage REITs.
